Uphill lie (left foot higher than right foot) - use club with a lower loft (club up) because the hill increases the loft, put weight in back of stance to align the shoulders with the hill, aim right because there's a tendency to draw right to left, firm swing
Downhill lie (left foot lower than right foot) - use club with higher loft (club down) because the hill reduces the loft, put weight in the front of the stance to align shoulders with the hill, aim left because there's a tendency to fade left to right, three-quarters swing
Ball above feet - use a club up so you don't need a full swing, aim right because there's a tendency to draw right to left, grip down on the golf club (closer to club head) because the ball is nearer to you, try a three-quarters normal swing but see the swing is usually flatter than normal
Ball below feet (hanging lie) - use a club up so you don't need a full swing, aim left because there's a tendency to fade left to right, put weight on heels so you don't fall forward, try a three-quarters normal swing but see the result is usually steeper than normal
